Laura was in a car accident in 2001 which landed her in the ICU with broken ribs, a punctured lung, ruptured spleen, and head injuries. Aside from knowing her great grandfather, Clarence, who had passed in 1989, had helped to save her, she had a great deal of confusion and some memory loss. When Laura was released from the hospital, she refused pain medication because the time she had already spent on morphine while recovering left her feeling lost and incapacitated.
Laura set out to research natural pain management strategies. She very early on adapted pranayama, a breathing exercise, and meditation. This did help a great deal. Laura continued on this journey studying yoga, meditation, and many other modalities and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Welness. She continues self-study and practice in these areas, mindfulness, and sound energy.
Laura is is celebrating 21 years of marriage and is the mother of three sons. They are a neurodivergent family. Laura has implemented many of these learned practices to help in stress and pain management successfully. She is excited to share the knowledge she has acquired to transform your life into one where you feel grounded, joy, and excitement.
Laura has also implemented the practice of tarot and psychic mediumship to help clients transform their life into all they can imagine.
